All intellectual property rights related to ARC hardware, software, and associated documentation remain exclusively with Zenta Solutions.

Zenta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ARC or related services.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to healthcare data protection and privacy.
