Zenta provides ARK, an on-premise device that captures, structures, and anonymises medical data securely and shares structured, anonymised data within a decentralised network.

Hospitals and healthcare providers retain ownership of their original data. Zenta is granted a licence to anonymise, structure, and securely distribute this data within the ARK network according to smart data contracts.

All intellectual property rights related to ARK hardware, software, and associated documentation remain exclusively with Zenta Solutions.

Zenta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ARK or related services.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to healthcare data protection and privacy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Vienna.

Zenta may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
